Hiring Founding Engineer

You’ll be the Founding Engineer, building alongside the founding team, with graduates from Stanford, Harvard, and IIT.

You'll be Concretely, doing:

- Build complete products end-to-end frontend, backend, APIs, databases (SQL + MongoDB).

- Design and ship the AI layer LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG and agentic RAG, multimodal models, multi-model optimization for a product already at scale, not a prototype

- Make real architecture and system design calls, own the tradeoffs, and live with the consequences (in a good way that's how you get sharp fast)

- Take things from idea → production → reliable at scale, and then go find the next thing that's broken, without being told to

Quick reality check before you go further. This is early-stage, high-ownership, no-hand-holding.

What this is: ambiguous problems, fast decisions, building end-to-end alone, figuring it out as you go, output over hours logged.

What this is NOT: a 9-6 with a fixed spec, a place where someone tells you exactly what to do, a slow-moving corporate structure, a place to coast.
