Is your service digitally engaging young people effectively?

This short self-assessment is designed to support reflection, not inspection.

It can help you understand how effectively your service is using digital tools to engage, support and communicate with young people across their care journey.
The focus is on real experience, not just intention. It explores whether digital engagement is accessible, appropriate, safe, and meaningful for the young people you support.
For each statement, consider whether you could confidently:
* Yes this is clearly in place, consistent and evidenced in practice
* Partly some activity exists, but it is inconsistent, informal, or difficult to demonstrate
* No this is not currently in place, or relies on ad hoc approaches
There are no right or wrong answers. Honest reflection will give you the most useful insight.
