The role
- We need a growth generalist who can figure out what works and then double down.
- We've tested organic, we're running paid now, influencer is next, and B2B2C is on the table. The playbook doesn't exist yet. You'll help write it.
- You'll work closely with our content creator and directly with the founder. No middle managers. No permission culture.
- This is a real operator role with a clear path to full time with equity after graduation. The kind of line on your CV that gets you into any growth team on earth afterwards.
What you'll do
- Own growth experiments end to end: ideation, execution, analysis
- Test and iterate across paid ads, organic, influencer partnerships, B2B2C, and lifecycle
- Collaborate with our content creator to turn ideas into assets that convert
- Dig into data to figure out what's working and kill what isn't
- Find and test new channel opportunities
- Work directly with the founders, no layers
What you bring
- Currently enrolled at a university (Bachelor or Master)
- Eligible for a Werkstudent contract in Germany
- Fluent in German and English (both C1+, no exceptions)
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, or consulting (internship, own projects, freelance)
- Analytical mindset, comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and A/B tests
- Experience in working with newest AI models (no exceptions)
- Self starter energy: you ship, you don't wait for to dos
Nice to have
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads
- Curiosity about healthtech or medtech
- A side project, blog, or portfolio that shows you actually care about growth
