3. Clarification & Response Time — Where clarification is required from the client, a response is expected within 24 hours. If a response is not received within 24 hours and work cannot proceed as a result, the waiting period may be charged as billable time at $104.50/hr. Moreton Regional Support accepts no liability for delays caused by client non-response.
4. Holding Time & Access Delays — If work is paused or held due to missing access, delayed approvals, or client unavailability, that time may be charged at the standard rate of $104.50/hr. You will be notified before this applies where reasonably practical to do so.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome — Moreton Regional Support provides consulting and technical services on a best-efforts basis. Services are charged by time, not by outcome. No specific result, completion, or fix is guaranteed. Submissions that are unclear, incomplete, or outside our service scope will not be actioned and no refund will be applicable if work has commenced.
