About Us

We're an early-stage startup building a dedicated marketplace for authentic wellness retreats — connecting seekers with verified retreat centres across South Asia and beyond.

The market we're entering is a $10 billion opportunity, yet today supply meets just 20% of demand. We're building the platform that closes that gap — and we need a designer who can make that experience feel effortless for both travellers and retreat operators.

We're small, moving fast, and design decisions you make will go live directly. This is a rare chance to shape a product's look, feel, and flow from its earliest stages

The Role Full-Time · Remote / Hybrid · 2–5 Years Experience

Location: Kochi, Kerala (Hybrid) Or Remote

You'll own the end-to-end user experience — from research and wireframes to final UI — working directly with the founding team. You'll design for two distinct user types: wellness seekers discovering and booking retreats, and retreat operators managing their listings.

Must-haves: Strong UI/UX portfolio · Figma proficiency · mobile-first design thinking · ability to work independently and make decisions without a large design team around you

Good to have: Experience designing marketplaces or booking flows · basic HTML/CSS awareness · user research experience
