Client Onboarding & Intake Enquiry

Welcome to our pack!

To maintain a stable, calm, and safe environment, we exclusively accept regular, weekly clients. Please note our strict enrollment criteria: we are unable to accept dogs that are not spayed or neutered.

We unfortunately don't offer one-on-one walks for reactive dogs. We only accept dogs that are comfortable in groups and can mix well with different sizes of dogs.

Service Duration: Please note that our service—including collection, the walk, and return—typically takes between 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on weather conditions and traffic.

Every walk features dual-handler supervision (both David and Michele) for small groups of up to 4 or 5 carefully matched dogs. Any new dog entering our pack is introduced slowly, and will remain walked on an 8-metre Flexi® lead (attached only to a harness for safety) until a full safety and recall assessment has been made. For young dogs joining our pack, we provide complimentary recall training—a service we have always offered for free to support their development.

Our Rates:
- Monday–Friday: £20 per walk (hourly rate)
- Saturday: £30 per walk (hourly rate)
- Sunday: £35 per walk (hourly rate)

Flexible Booking Bonus: Once a new dog has settled and been slowly introduced to the other dogs in our pack, we happily offer additional walks on an ad-hoc basis. These can be booked as late as the day before, right up until 21:00.

Communication & Cancellations: We communicate with everyone the day before concerning their own walk time. We don't charge you for cancellations and will offer you an alternative time slot or on a different day.

Our Clean-Home Guarantee:
We never return a muddy dog to your home. We supply waterproof terrain bodysuits to keep your dog clean and comfortable during wet weather. Every dog also receives a thorough wash and dry using professional, premium products:
- Wahl Dirty Beastie Deep Clean Shampoo (for shifting thick mud and deep coat conditioning)
- Earth Rated No-Rinse Dog & Puppy Shampoo (for a gentle, fresh, quick refresh)
- Earth Rated Vet-Developed Pet Eye Wipes (We gently clean eye areas after walks to prevent staining & discomfort)

Weather & Seasonal Care

Rainy Days ☔
We keep every dog dry and comfortable with our waterproof terrain bodysuits — available in sizes S, M, and L.

Warm Weather ☀️
During summer, we provide cool mats and electric cooling fans in our transport. We use ThemPro temperature and humidity monitoring, and strictly follow the 150 Rule plus official extreme heat warnings to keep every dog safe.

We adjust walk length and pace to suit the weather — your dog’s comfort always comes first.
Home Return & Feeding Support:
If you are not at home when we return your dog, we include our Free Feeding Service. This can also include the administration of oral medication if necessary.
