Welcome Prospective Mentors to Black Girls Leadership Academy.
At BGLA, we are a viable resource to the leadership of young Black girls and women, with a special interest and focus on their personal development, cultural identity, and global character.
Mentees are within the ages of 11 to 24 years old. Mentees will be assigned a mentor that will help focus on developing their personal leadership skills and reaching their personal goals. Mentors can have 1 or 2 mentees assigned to them and all selected mentors will undergo a background check.
