Would you like to let me know how you feel about your phones? Think through the prompts below and fill out this form after interacting with the
probe!
What were some recent experiences of YOURS where your phone upset you, annoyed you, inconvenienced you, or otherwise gave you the ick? What were the contexts of those moments? What were you doing? How did things unfold over time? Did you “fix” it? Or how did you deal with it?
There’s often the urge to “fix” these moments, but for now, let’s hold those thoughts. If your phone cannot be “fixed,” that is, it cannot be perfect(ed) all the time, how would you like to move through these moments in life? How can the world be kinder and more caring in the face of the commonplace occurrences of minor breakdowns?
Please type down your thoughts in the input box below. Alternatively, if you're willing to go to the trouble (!!), it would be great if you record and upload your response as an audio file
