💼 Hiring Spraying Technician

Key Responsibilities

Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting including sanding, masking and priming.

Mix and apply paints, primers and clear coats to achieve high-quality finishes.

Ensure accurate colour matching and consistent finish quality.

Inspect finished work for defects and carry out necessary touch-ups.

Maintain and properly use spraying equipment and materials.

Follow health, safety and environmental guidelines in the spray booth.

Work closely with the workshop manager and floor supervisor to meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

Technical/vocational training in automotive spraying, refinishing or a related field.

Proven experience in vehicle painting and refinishing (2+ years preferred).

Strong knowledge of paint systems, colour matching and surface preparation.

Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

Good understanding of health, safety and environmental standards.

Experience with EV vehicles is an advantage.
