How The Assessment Works
Perform each movement test once.
If you meet the completion standard, select PASS.
If you cannot meet the standard, select FAIL.
Each test you pass earns 1 point.
Each movement assesses your competency in the seven patterns essential for riding: Hinge, Squat, Lunge, Push, Pull, Rotate, and Stabilize. Your total score reveals your current "trail readiness" and long-term durability. Most riders score between 5–8 on their first attempt.
