Role Summary
* Design, develop, and implement solar energy systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients across Lagos and beyond.
* Lead end-to-end solar project execution — from site assessment and feasibility studies to installation, commissioning, and post-deployment support.
* Conduct technical analysis and energy audits to recommend optimal solar configurations tailored to client needs.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, sales teams, and procurement officers to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
* Stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory frameworks in the renewable energy space.
* Prepare detailed engineering reports, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and technical proposals for clients and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
* A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2–4 years of hands-on experience in solar PV system design and installation.
* Proficiency in solar design and installations ( Ability to use tools such as
PVsyst, AutoCAD, or SketchUp is an added advantage).
* Strong understanding of off-grid, on-grid, and hybrid solar systems.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a passion for clean energy solutions.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
