Breathwork Facilitator Apprenticeship · 1:1 with Ashley Ludman

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in the Breathwork Facilitator Apprenticeship.

This is a one-to-one apprenticeship for people who feel called to hold 1:1 breathwork sessions and online group experiences with real skill, safety and presence. Over the course of your apprenticeship, you’ll receive monthly private sessions and WhatsApp support, join the Leader Circle online cohort, train in person in Nosara, and step into teaching in the Body of Breath Studio Online with mentorship at every stage.

I accept no more than three apprentices a year, so I review every application personally. This form helps me understand where you are in your practice, what’s calling you to this work, and how I can best support your path.

Before you begin

The form takes about 20 minutes. Take your time with it.There are no right or wrong answers. Honesty matters more than polish.Your responses are kept private and are only used to assess your fit for the apprenticeship.

What happens next

Once you submit, I’ll review your application within 2 days. Please message me directly on WhatsApp at +506 8305 6464 to alert me that you have completed the form and if you have any additional questions, we can address them through text.

If it feels like a good fit, you’ll receive an invitation to book a discovery call with me. We’ll talk through your goals, answer your questions, and go over investment and payment options.

Apprentices can begin right away with their private 1:1 work, then join the January 2027 Leader Circle cohort.

Please answer as honestly and fully as you can. There are no perfect answers. We are looking for alignment, readiness, and a genuine willingness to learn.
