Hey there! I am so excited to get you started on your Flodesk setup. This questionnaire takes about 10 minutes to complete - the more detail you can give me, the more personalized your emails will be.

There are no wrong answers....just tell me about your business, like you would tell a friend. And if you are at the beginning version of your business and don't know all the answers or direction yet - that's ok! This is a starting point and nothing is set in stone. We will show you how to modify things in your video tutorial. For now, let's just get you started. Let's go!

Section 1 - The Basics

What is your first and last name?

What email address should we use to set up your Flodesk account? (If you have a business email use this one...if not that's ok!)

Do you have a website? If so, drop the handle here.

What are your Instagram or Facebook handles? (This helps me get a feel for your brand voice and visuals.)

Section 2 - Your Business

In a few sentences, tell me what your business does and what you offer. (Don't overthink this - imagine you are explaining it to a friend at a coffee shop.)

Who is your ideal customer? Describe them like a real person. (Think about who your favorite client has been. What do they do? What are they struggling with? What do they want more of? What kinds of things would they like you to share with them weekly in a email?)

Which describes your business?

What makes you different from others who do what you do? (This is your secret sauce - what do clients get from working with you that they can't get anywhere else/what makes you the best at what you do?)

Section 3 - Your Goals

What's the main thing you want your email list to do for your business?

Are there any upcoming promotions, launches or events in the next 90 days that I should know about?

Section 4 - Your Brand

How would you describe your brands personality? Pick a few words or just describe the vibe. (Example: warm, approachable, a "little bit fun", clean, professional, bold. This shapes the tone of your emails.)

What are your 3 brand colors? Please share the hex codes if you have them. (Not sure of your hex codes? imagecolorpicker.com lets you grab them from your logo or website in seconds.)

Upload your logo (if you have one) here. PNG with a transparent background works best. JPG works too.

Upload a photo of you that feels warm and approachable. This will be used in your welcome sequence to put a face to the name. A headshot or a natural candid both work beautifully.

Upload 1-2 inspirational images that represent the look and feel you want for your emails. Think pinterest board energy, a competitors email you love, a color palette, a brand aesthetic that resonates - anything that says "this is the vibe".
