Praana•Care - Medical Journey Research

Have you ever had to find or arrange medical care for yourself or someone in your family?

Finding the right doctor, choosing a hospital, arranging an ambulance, booking tests, keeping reports ready, or simply knowing what to do next can sometimes be difficult.

We are trying to understand the real experiences of people and families while getting medical care.

This short survey takes around 3–5 minutes.

We do not need your medical records or personal medical details. Please do not share names, diagnosis details, Aadhaar numbers, ABHA numbers, prescriptions, or other private information.
