State of the Club 2026 — Member Survey

We're asking members, parents, volunteers and supporters to share honest feedback about their experience of Percy Main Community Sports Club.

The aim is to understand what we're doing well, where we need to improve, and what members want the club to focus on over the next 12 months.

Your answers will help us: * improve how the club is run * make new members feel more welcome * understand how people find and join the club * improve communication * identify issues or barriers to participation * support funding applications and reporting * make sure the club remains safe, welcoming and community-focused

The survey should take around 8–10 minutes. It closes on 12 June 2026.

Anonymity and confidentiality

This survey is anonymous unless you choose to leave your name or contact details at the end. Please answer as honestly as you can. Individual responses will not be published. We may use overall themes, statistics or anonymous quotes when reporting back to members, funders or the wider community.
