The Growth Fellowship ( Stravyn Hill ) is a 3-month, hands-on program designed for individuals looking to gain practical experience in business development, growth, and client management. The program focuses on real-world execution through structured training sessions, live projects, and direct client interaction. We have limited spots available, and applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Early applicants will be given preference.
Participants will work on active projects, take ownership of tasks, and contribute to measurable outcomes in a professional environment. This is a performance-driven program, and the stipend is entirely performance-based, rewarding results and consistency. The stipend is performance-based, with high-performing candidates typically earning between $500–$700/month over the course of the fellowship, depending on their results and consistency.
To ensure serious participation, an upfront enrollment fee of $99 is required while onboarding after selection. This helps maintain a committed cohort focused on learning and execution.
Upon successful completion, fellows will receive a Certificate of Completion, a Letter of Recommendation based on performance, and the opportunity to build a strong portfolio. Selected participants may also be featured on the alumni page.
