MetroLink Single-Car Pilot: Rider Experience Survey

RAISE Transit is collecting rider experiences during Metro's single-car MetroLink pilot, which began October 3, 2026.

This short, independent survey will help us better understand how single-car operation affects crowding, accessibility, safety, and the overall rider experience.

We welcome positive, negative, and neutral experiences. Responses are anonymous, and results may be shared publicly in summary form and with Metro Transit.
