Membership Enrollment Agreement
A Private Practice Education Membership by Ask.Abigail LLC
This Membership Enrollment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Ask.Abigail LLC ("Company") and the individual enrolling in The Alchemizer Collective ("Member"). By signing below, Member agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

We believe that the best businesses are built on clarity, trust, and mutual respect. The Alchemizer Collective is designed to give you the education, tools, and community to build a thriving private pay practice at a pace that works for your life. This agreement exists to protect everyone in this container so that we can all show up fully and do the work that matters.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDUCT
Member agrees to enroll, by their own free accord, into The Alchemizer Collective, an educational membership program focused on helping solo practitioners gain the education, skills, and strategies they need to build a successful private pay practice.
To fully experience and gain the most benefit from this membership, Member agrees to:
• Engage with the educational content at their own pace and take personal responsibility for their implementation
• Treat all membership content, materials, and community communications with respect and confidentiality
• Pay as agreed according to the payment terms outlined in this Agreement
• Take full personal responsibility for the results of their participation
• Ask questions in the designated Slack channel when clarification is needed
In return, Ask.Abigail LLC agrees to:
• Provide access to program materials, educational content, and the designated Slack community channel
• Host one monthly live Q&A session with Abigail for all active Collective members
• Provide a supportive and professional educational environment
Ask.Abigail LLC may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate a Member's participation without refund if:
• Member becomes disruptive or difficult to work with
• Member fails to follow community or program guidelines
• Member impairs the participation or experience of other members or instructors
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Collective members. Any confidential or proprietary information shared by members or the Company within this community is to be treated with the strictest confidence.
Member agrees to:
• Not infringe any member's or the Company's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights
• Keep all information shared by fellow members in community channels strictly confidential
• Not disclose confidential information shared within the program to any person outside the program
• Not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any program materials without express written consent from Ask.Abigail LLC
• Acknowledge that all materials provided by the Company are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property
PROGRAM CONTENT AND SCOPE
The Alchemizer Collective is an educational membership program intended for solo practitioners in mental health who are building or growing a private pay practice. Content focuses on marketing, sales, SEO, and caseload management.
This membership is for individual use only. Content may not be used to train team members in a group practice setting. Members whose practices grow into group practices may inquire about our Platinum program for such rights.
All materials, videos, templates, and educational content are for individual use only and may not be sold, shared, recorded, taught, or distributed without express written consent from Ask.Abigail LLC.
The information provided is strictly for educational purposes. Members take full responsibility for how they choose to apply or not apply the content.
Ask.Abigail LLC assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in program materials.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Collective Membership Includes: Access to the full Private Pay Alchemizer curriculum and on-demand educational video library, one monthly live Q&A group session with Abigail, access to the designated Collective Slack channel where Abigail monitors and responds to questions, and any additional live workshops or educational sessions offered to Collective members.
Collective Membership Does Not Include: Individual 1:1 coaching support, individual homework review or personalized feedback outside of group sessions, a Return on Investment guarantee, priority access to Abigail outside of the monthly live session and designated Slack channel.
INVESTMENT AND PAYMENT TERMS
Monthly Investment: The Alchemizer Collective is offered at $197 per month.
Minimum Commitment: Member agrees to a minimum commitment of three (3) months upon enrollment. After the initial three-month period, membership continues on a month-to-month basis until canceled by either party.
Payment Schedule
• Member authorizes recurring monthly charges of $197 to the payment method provided at enrollment
• Payments are processed on the same date each month beginning on the enrollment date
• Member is responsible for ensuring their payment method remains current and valid
No Refunds
ALL PAYMENTS FOR THE ALCHEMIZER COLLECTIVE ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes the initial three-month minimum commitment period.
NO GUARANTEES
The Alchemizer Collective is a self-paced educational membership program. Ask.Abigail LLC makes no guarantees about results, income, or outcomes from participation.
MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY
The Alchemizer Collective is a go-at-your-own-pace program. There are no mandatory homework deadlines, or individual coaching accountability structures. Member is solely responsible for engaging with the educational content at their own pace.
RECORDING CONSENT
Monthly live Q&A sessions may be audio and/or video recorded by Ask.Abigail LLC for program delivery and marketing purposes. We always remove or obscure last names and blur profile images or faces before sharing any member content publicly.
LIMITED LIABILITY
The amount of liability recoverable for any cause of action arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by Member for the most recent three months of membership.

By signing below, Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Membership Enrollment Agreement.
