DON'T MAX OUT LINCOLNSHIRE!

Lincolnshire residents should not face the maximum council tax rise when more funding is coming into the county.

Fairer national funding has been secured following more than a decade of work by the previous Conservative-led council, which consistently made the case to Government that Lincolnshire was underfunded.

The council has financial headroom. Yet Reform-led Lincolnshire County Council is pressing ahead with the biggest tax rise allowed, while cutting roads and squeezing children’s services.

This is a choice, not a necessity.

We are calling on the council to drop the maximum council tax increase and use improved funding to protect frontline services and household budgets.
