AI-First Engineer — EngineerBabu

This form takes 20–30 minutes. That's intentional.

We're not looking for resumes. We're looking for engineers who've built real things and can show us. If you fill this out well, you skip most of our hiring process. No multiple rounds. No take-home assignments.

Read each question carefully. Short, clear answers beat long ones.

The basics

Just enough to know who you are.

Section 2: Your work
This is the most important section. Take your time.

Tell us about one product you built end to end.

Not a feature. A product. Something that went live and real users touched.

What did it do? What exactly did you own — frontend, backend, infra, all of it? What was the stack and why did you choose it?

Link to that product, its GitHub repo, or a case study.

Now record a short video. This is required.

3 to 5 minutes. Use Loom, Google Drive, or any shareable link.

Cover these three things:

Show us the product — live demo if it's still running, screenshots if not Walk us through one hard technical decision you made — architecture, scaling, a tradeoff What broke? What would you do differently today?

We watch every video. This is how we decide who to talk to.

Section 3: AI tools

We build with AI. So should you.

Section 4: How you think

No right answers here. We're reading how you approach things.

A founder tells you: "I want to build something like Uber for home services. Can we launch in 6 weeks?"

How do you prefer to work?

Section 5: Logistics

We review every submission personally. If your video stood out, you'll hear from us within 5 business days. Next step is a single 45-minute call — no assignments, no multiple rounds.

If you don't hear back, it means the fit wasn't right this time. No hard feelings.
