For each one include: what the client does, what problem you solved, what you built, and what measurable outcome was achieved. Real numbers are essential — e.g. "reduced manual follow-up time from 4 hours to 20 minutes per day" or "handled 300 support tickets per month without adding headcount."

Be specific — e.g. Upwork, referrals, your own network, cold outreach, a previous agency role, etc. If it's a mix, briefly explain the breakdown.
