Demand forecasting — accuracy, seasonality, bias

Purchasing & replenishment — when and how much to order

Supplier performance — late deliveries, lead time variability

Supply chain metrics — not sure we're measuring the right things

Reporting & dashboards — visibility into the business

Not sure yet — that's part of what I'm trying to figure out
