Vendor Application

The Water Street Makers Market is a monthly, one-day market from December-April (excluding January) featuring local artists, artisans and makers selling handmade items in our gallery spaces.

Direct sale and MLM vendors are not eligible to participate in these markets.

Market Information For Vendors

Booth Space:

Booth Spaces are unconventional sizes.

Booth spaces are available in two sizes: 8ft x 6ft, and 8ft x 4ft.
8x4 booths allow for one 6 ft table with additional free-standing displays.
8x6 booths allow for additional tables and more unique displays.

Please note: If you are familiar with the layout from our past vendor markets, the layout has been updated and there will be no wall display space available for any booths.

There are no shared booths.

Artists and artisans are responsible for bringing their own setup, including a table and chair

All booth setup, including chairs, must fit within your designated booth space.

Vendor Fees:

$10 one-time application fee, due upon completion of this application. Applications will not be considered without payment of application fee. Application Fees are non-refundable

Brief Description of product offerings. Tell us a bit about yourself, your work and what you will be selling. Please note: 70% of your product offerings must be handmade by you. Resellers and MLM vendors will not be considered.

Please upload 2-3 high quality images of your products for committee review. These may also may be used in event promotion and on our Water Street Studios social pages.

Please provide at least three (3) images of past booth/table displays. This will be used for jurying and booth placement purposes.

2026/2027 Season Market Dates. Market hours are 12-4pm, set up begins at 10 am, vendors are responsible for their own set-up, tear-down, and removal of all trash. Please select all dates you are interested in participating.

Vendor Acceptance and Fees

Acceptance notification and invoices for vendor fees will be sent to selected

vendors by September 15th, 2026. The vendor fees for all selected market dates will be billed in one invoice. 


Both vendor application and application fee must be received by the application deadline to be considered for participation. Any application that is received without a payment of the application fee will not be eligible to participate. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that both their application and fee are submitted by the deadline. Application fees are non-refundable.


Additional applications will be reviewed if space remains available. Vendor booth fees must be paid in full by September 30th, 2026.


If your application is accepted, there will not be refunds for any reason. Please think of your application and booth fees as donations to Water Street Studios.
