Latent Mechanical Systems Feedback

I’m currently exploring an early-stage concept called Latent, focused on helping building, facility, and maintenance teams make clearer decisions about the mechanical systems they rely on every day.

The idea is to organize information teams may already have — such as asset information, work orders, inspection reports, operational data, and financial context — into a clearer view of recurring issues, asset condition, and repair-versus-replace priorities.

This is not a sales survey. I’m currently in the research and prototype stage, and I’d really value your feedback. The survey should take about 3–5 minutes.
