The Role

You will be our first dedicated salesperson in Singapore. Your job is to take our founding sales playbook, sharpen it, and turn it into a repeatable motion for Singapore SME commerce operators with S$500K to S$5M in annual revenue.
Full-cycle ownership, founder-adjacent, IC role. Pipeline is yours to build and close.

Responsibilities

*Named account list of ~200 Singapore SME commerce operators - Shopify brands, Fresha merchants, Lazada and Shopee sellers, multi-location retail chains - doing S$500K to S$5M in annual revenue.
*You will also own the accounting firm partnership channel - identifying, approaching, and converting practices into referral partners.
*The playbook that sales hire #2 will run against

Skills & Experience

*3-6 years closing B2B deals into Singapore SME commerce operators or the accounting firms that serve them.
*Personally closed 30+ logos in the S$500K-S$5M ARR customer band. Can walk through three of those deals in detail - who the champion was, what the objection was, how you closed it, and why they did not churn..
*You know Singapore SME commerce. You've sold to Shopee/Lazada sellers, DTC brands, F&B operators, or retail chains — or come from Xero, Aspire, HitPay, Wise Business, Fresha, Loreal, Qashier, Shopify, Stripe, Airwallex, Finaloop, or Puzzle
*Real Singapore SME / accounting-firm network you can draw on in week one
*Ship outbound daily - LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, warm intros.

*You are not a corporate salesperson.

*You are comfortable with high outbound and figuring things out.

*Can run full-cycle sales independently *Strong communication — simple, clear, confident
