If purchasing drinkware through our recommended Amazon links, customers must ship the selected item directly to The Douglasville Engraving Company for customization. Customers are responsible for Amazon shipping charges, if applicable, as well as the shipping cost for the completed engraved item to be returned to the final recipient.

Customers must provide their Amazon order number through our order request form. Once the finished product ships, a final tracking number will be provided via email.

Turnaround times begin once the drinkware has been received, artwork has been approved, and payment for engraving services has been completed.

The Douglasville Engraving Company specializes in custom laser engraving services for approved powder-coated drinkware and accessories. By submitting an order request, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• All engraved items are custom-made. Due to the nature of powder coating, drinkware materials, and the laser engraving process, slight variations in color, finish, alignment, engraving depth, and appearance may occur. These variations are considered normal characteristics of handcrafted products.

• Customers purchasing drinkware through recommended Amazon affiliate links are responsible for purchasing and shipping those items directly to our engraving studio. Customers must provide a valid Amazon order number for verification.

• The Douglasville Engraving Company is an independent engraving service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Amazon, Stanley, or any other brand unless expressly stated.

• Custom engraved products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless an error has occurred as a direct result of workmanship by The Douglasville Engraving Company.

• Turnaround times begin only after all required materials have been received, artwork has been approved, and payment has been completed. Estimated turnaround times are not guarantees and may vary based on order volume, holidays, shipping delays, or circumstances outside our control.

• Proofs are available upon request and may incur an additional fee. One proof is included with qualifying logo orders. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to reproduce and submit all logos, artwork, trademarks, names, or other intellectual property provided for engraving. The Douglasville Engraving Company assumes no liability for unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials submitted by customers.

• Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customers may incur both inbound shipping costs from Amazon or third-party retailers to our studio and outbound shipping costs for delivery of the finished engraved item.

• Local pickup is available by appointment in Douglasville, Georgia.

• While every effort is made to provide accurate product representations, photographs shown on this website are examples of previous work and may not exactly reflect the final appearance of custom products.
