Join Tampa’s Young Entrepreneurs Business Fair!
Thank you for your interest in becoming an Adult Vendor at Tampa’s Young Entrepreneurs Business Fair – Holiday Edition! Our adult vendor marketplace is designed to complement our young entrepreneurs, bring additional shopping and experiences to the event, and help create a fun holiday atmosphere for Tampa-area families. We welcome local businesses, makers, food vendors, service providers, community organizations, and other family-friendly businesses to apply. Our young entrepreneurs are the heart of this event. Adult vendor spaces are intentionally limited to ensure our kid-owned businesses remain the main focus of the Business Fair.
Adult Vendor Fee: $40
Your vendor fee reserves one vendor space for the event. Vendors are responsible for providing their own booth equipment and supplies as outlined below. If your booth is not the right fit for the event or if we have to many booths of the same category, you will be issued a refund within 24 hours.

🎄 Adult Vendor Rules & Expectations
Vendor Setup: 8:00 AM
Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Cleanup & Breakdown: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Vendors must arrive with enough time to have their booths completely set up and ready for customers by 10:00 AM. Vendors are expected to remain set up for the entire event and may not begin breaking down before the event ends at 2:00 PM unless there is an emergency and an event organizer has been notified.
⛺ What Adult Vendors Must Bring
Adult vendors are responsible for providing their own complete booth setup. Each vendor must bring:
- Tent/Canopy – Optional
- Table – REQUIRED
- Chairs – REQUIRED
- Tablecloth
- Business signage
- Product displays
- Merchandise and/or promotional materials
- Payment equipment and cash/change, if applicable
- Any other supplies necessary to operate your booth
Any electrical equipment, extension cords, generators, or other special equipment must receive prior approval from event organizers and/or the venue when required. All displays and equipment must remain within the vendor's assigned space and may not block walkways or neighboring booths.
All products, services, signage, displays, and promotional materials must be appropriate for a family-friendly event with children present. Vendors may only sell, promote, or distribute products and services disclosed on their application unless additional items have been approved by the event organizer. Event organizers reserve the right to decline or remove products, services, displays, or promotional materials that are unsafe, inappropriate, unauthorized, or inconsistent with the family-friendly nature of the event. Food vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable food-safety, licensing, permitting, and insurance requirements associated with their business and products.
❤️ Supporting Our Young Entrepreneurs
Tampa’s Young Entrepreneurs Business Fair was created to give children the opportunity to experience entrepreneurship in a real-world environment. We ask our adult vendors to help us protect that mission by being supportive and encouraging toward our young business owners. When possible, we encourage our adult vendors to take some time to explore and support the children's businesses too!
Official cleanup and breakdown will take place from 2:30 PM–4:30 PM. Each vendor is responsible for completely cleaning their assigned booth area and removing all:
- Merchandise
- Tables and chairs
- Tents/canopies
- Displays
- Decorations and signage
- Boxes and packaging
- Trash
- Personal belongings
All vendor spaces must be completely cleared by 4:30 PM and left in the same condition in which they were found.
Vendors are responsible for their own booth, merchandise, equipment, money, payment devices, and personal belongings. Tampa’s Young Entrepreneurs Business Fair is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged merchandise, equipment, or personal belongings. Participation in the event does not guarantee a specific number of attendees, customers, leads, sales, or revenue.
By registering as an Adult Vendor, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to follow all Adult Vendor Rules & Expectations. Failure to arrive prepared with the required booth equipment, follow event rules, maintain a family-friendly booth, or comply with reasonable instructions from event staff may result in removal from the event or forfeiture of your vendor space.
