Please review the following policies before proceeding:
Turnaround Time: Commissions take 2-4 weeks. If delayed beyond 4 weeks, I will refund 50% of the total cost.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available only before the sketch phase. Cancellations after the sketch is sent will incur a sketch fee, with the remainder refunded.
Usage: Personal use unless otherwise discussed.
