Signing the complaint letter adressing disenfranchisement practices

The right of citizens to express their political will through the ballot box is the cornerstone of the European democratic project. Yet, for millions of mobile EU citizens, the fundamental right to vote in European Parliament Elections remains precarious.
Disenfranchisement within the Union manifest in three primary forms, often overlapping to create a "democratic void" for mobile citizens:
Residence-based Exclusion: The automatic loss of electoral rights solely because a citizen resides outside their Member State of origin.
Time-limited Rights: The expiration of voting rights after a citizen has lived abroad for a specific duration.
De Facto Disenfranchisement (Procedural Barriers): Strict requirements to vote in person in the Member State of origin without options for remote, proxy, or postal voting. While not always an explicit legal prohibition, these requirements function as a "mobility tax" on the right to vote, effectively silencing those without the resources or time to travel.
If you are subjected to this kind of practice, please complete this survey.
