I understand that I am making a commitment to Guys Who Give, Elkhart County to make an annual donation of $1,000 – ($500 at each bi-annual meeting) – given to the Guys Who Give fund at the Community Foundation of Elkhart County, that will be immediately granted to worthy causes chosen by those who attend the Guys Who Give meeting. I understand that even if I did not vote for the charity chosen by majority vote, I will fulfill my donation commitment. I also understand that if I am unable to attend a bi-annual meeting that I will provide my payment in cash, check, or online donation prior to the upcoming meeting.
