The actuarial analyst plays a hands-on, secondary execution role in supporting the Actuarial (end of service) team across client projects. Supports the team by calculating and managing end of service benefits and liabilities. Responsibilities include data analysis, maintaining actuarial models, ensuring compliance with regulations and provides support as needed.
1. Perform EOSB and employee benefit actuarial valuations accurately and on time.
2. Review, validate, and reconcile employee data and supporting documents.
3. Prepare actuarial calculations, IAS 19 disclosures, and valuation reports.
4. Respond to routine client queries and escalate complex issues when required.
5. Manage assigned projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
6. Identify and escalate data issues, project risks, and potential delays.
7. Maintain quality standards and professional client communication.
8. Support the development and testing of actuarial tools, models, and templates.
9. Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
10. Meet assigned production, utilization, and project targets.
11. Support timely project delivery within agreed scope, budget, and quality standards.
12. Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
1. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-3 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
2. Has passed or is actively pursuing professional actuarial exams.
3. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
4. Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
