We are a civilian child protection initiative working to improve the lawful reporting, verification, and escalation of online child exploitation and abuse concerns. We operate independently and are currently pursuing formal non-governmental organization (NGO) status. We are not a law enforcement agency and do not exercise investigative or enforcement authority.
