Xtraterrestrial Zine fair Open Call Application

The 2nd version Xtraterrestrial Zine fair will be held from 6th to 7th of February 2027.
The theme of this year is Blasphemy in the Church of AI.
The location of the Book fair is Dokhuis, Rotterdam. 
Application form should be submitted before December 1st 2026.
We will notify all applicants within two to three weeks after the deadline.
Application fee and tables are free!
Important info:
1. You can choose to attend either one day or both days. Please indicate on the form below your preferred day if you are attending on one day. We will try to accommodate your preference, but the final schedule may change depending on the number of applicants and scheduling.  2. Tables will be given out according to the number of books registered in the form.
3. We provide a maximum 2 chairs per publisher. If you require an additional chair or table, please let us know in advance.
4. Our space can only accommodate amaximum of 2 chairs per applicant.
We do not accept:
· Any harmful or discriminatory contents.
· AI-generated contents, unless it is a critique of technology. 
· If you are unsure, please contact us.
You agree that:
· We cannot be held accountable in case of stolen, missing, or damaged works.
· Although we will take care of the general cleaning, you are responsible for the tidiness of your area.
· If you do not wish your photo to be taken or shared, let us know in advance.
