Apprentice (Diploma)

Eligibility

• Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Production Engineering, or allied branches

• Passing Year: 2022 to 2026

• Age: 18 to 25 years

Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will work on the shop floor and will be involved in:

• Machine operation, assembly, and testing of automotive AC components

• Manual aluminium brazing and welding operations

• Gauging and quality inspection of manufactured parts

• Pipe formation and pipe bending processes

• Material handling and inventory activities in the Stores department

Work Schedule

• Rotational shifts

• Regular working hours: 8.5 hours per day

• Overtime: Up to 3.5 hours (as applicable)

• Working Days: 6 days per week

• Sunday working may be required occasionally based on customer demand

Stipend & Benefits

• CTC : ₹2,38,476

• Monthly inhand salary :- 19, 123

• Overtime paid as per company policy

• No PF deduction

• Apprenticeship under the NAPS/NATS Scheme

• Mediclaim Insurance: ₹1,00,000
