Contraindications & Sensitivity Check

I am aware that sound therapy uses acoustic vibrations and tuning forks.

Please let me know if you are currently pregnant, have a pacemaker, or suffer from sound-triggered epilepsy/tinnitus (so we can adjust frequencies accordingly).

I understand that these sessions support holistic well-being and do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I honor the time, energy, and preparation that goes into holding space for each individual session, and I kindly ask that you respect this commitment as well.

Rescheduling (48+ hours notice): You may reschedule your session free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your appointment time.

Late Cancellation (Less than 48 hours notice): Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of your session will incur a 50% fee of the session cost.

Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show: Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable (or billed at 100% of the sliding-scale session rate).

Emergency and illness exceptions are always handled with care and personal understanding. If you are feeling unwell on the day of your in-person session, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can shift your appointment online or reschedule safely.
