As a non-profit publisher, no profit is gained under Watchine Magazine's name in any condition; this including royalties to all contributors and the magazine's editor. The work you contribute to Watchine Magazine is at your discretion.

If any of your work is selected you will be directly notified via email by editor@watchinemag.fyi for shipping information. Any personal information received by Watchine Magazine is end-to-end encrypted. After all copies have been mailed out, all contributor personal information will be deleted.

All uploaded contributions MUST follow the file naming convention:
[MEDIA TYPE_LAST NAME_TITLE] | Ex: FICTION_ROBERTS_1000 ROCKS.pdf
Any files not fitting the naming guideline above will NOT be reviewed.

Work accepted by Watchine Magazine is not legally binding under a copyright and can be published or posted elsewhere at your discretion.
This irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right allows Watchine Magazine to publish,
reproduce, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute the Work in perpetuity throughout the world in all means of expression by any method or media means. The Contributor authorizes Watchine Magazine to edit the Work and to make such modifications as are necessary or
desirable to accommodate the Work in differing media and formats.
Watchine Magazine will not make material modifications to the content of the Work without the Contributor’s consent.
