Before starting this form, please ensure you have the following information and documentation readily available:
- The name, email address, and mobile phone number of the person who will be organising the market stall.
- A digital copy of the Public Liability Insurance policy certificate that covers the business.
- If the business will sell or otherwise supply food, a digital copy of the Food Business License issued by the Southern Downs Regional Council. If the business does not have a Food Business License and intends to sell or otherwise supply food, further information is available
here.
