🌟 About the Role:

Vrit Technologies is looking for a thoughtful and detail-oriented Product Designer to help shape digital products from idea to execution.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role is ideal for someone who can own design initiatives, manage multiple projects, and communicate ideas clearly with both teams and stakeholders.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

◉ Design user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms from concept to final delivery.

◉ Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

◉ Take ownership of features or small design initiatives ensuring quality and consistency.

◉ Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines and priorities.

◉ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product goals into design solutions.

◉ Communicate with clients or stakeholders to gather requirements and present design work.

◉ Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design decisions.

◉ Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI consistency.

◉ Present design ideas clearly and explain the reasoning behind decisions.

◉ Support and guide junior designers when needed.

◉ Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and performance insights.

💻 Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

◉ 2–4 years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX Design.

◉ Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design and problem-solving process.

◉ Experience handling multiple projects and shifting priorities.

◉ Ability to take ownership of features from concept to delivery.

◉ Strong communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.

◉ Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

◉ Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design, and usability principles.

◉ Experience collaborating with developers and understanding technical constraints.

🎯 Preferred Skills:

◉ Experience working in agile or product-based teams.

◉ Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.

◉ Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

◉ Experience with user research methods and analytics tools.
