We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and internet-savvy Creator Success Associate to support our growing creator roster. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about social media, the creator economy, and influencer marketing.
11:11 Talent is a creator management agency helping exceptional creators grow their careers through brand partnerships, UGC campaigns, and long-term talent development.
• Source and onboard UGC creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Build and maintain our creator database.
• Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables.
• Communicate with creators regarding briefs, revisions, and deadlines.
• Support creator onboarding, contracts, and documentation.
• Track campaign progress using Google Sheets and Notion.
• Assist with research on brands, creators, and industry trends.
• Help ensure creators have a smooth and professional experience.
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Notion.
• Active user of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Experience with influencer marketing or creator management.
• Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, or basic content tools.
• Experience with CRM or project management tools.
