Fill out this form and submit the full payment to apply as a vendor. Please review the booth options and complete descriptions before making your selection.

Registration fees are final and non-refundable. Refunds are issued only if the event is cancelled by us or if we decline your application in certain circumstances.

Beginning October 15, you will be notified by email whether your application has been accepted. Applications are accepted at our discretion. If we cancel or decline an application due to lack of space, too many vendors offering similar products, or for any reason other than those listed under A) below, a full refund will be issued by e-transfer.

A) An application will be declined if the company:

- is a multi-level marketing (MLM) company;
- is a religious or political organization that registers without our prior approval; or
- offers a product or service that is irrelevant or inappropriate to the theme of our event.

B) If we decline an application for any of the reasons listed under A), a refund will be issued, less a $100 administrative fee.

Important

1. Vendors offering food must obtain a MAPAQ Special Events permit and comply with all applicable MAPAQ food safety and hygiene requirements.

2. The venue requires each vendor to carry a minimum of $2 million in liability insurance coverage for the event.

3. Propane, butane, gas-powered appliances, air fryers, and candle-heated chafing dishes are not permitted.

4. All electrical appliances and equipment must be submitted in the application below for approval. Reheating food is permitted, but cooking is not.

5. Certain booth types allow you to share the space with another vendor. If you choose this option, you are responsible for finding your own booth partner; we do not match vendors. The vendor with whom you wish to share must submit their own application and be accepted in order to share the booth space. A $10 administrative fee will be charged to each vendor sharing a booth.

6. If you wish to bring an additional table or other furniture, you must ensure that it fits within your assigned booth space. You must also notify us in writing before October 31 and obtain approval prior to the event. No other modifications to our table configuration are permitted.Registration fees are final and non-refundable. Refunds are issued only if the event is cancelled by us or if we decline your application in certain circumstances.

Electricity

All electrical appliances must be listed on this form and are subject to approval prior to the event. A fee of $10 applies to each of the first two approved appliances. A fee of $25 applies to each additional appliance. Fees will be invoiced separately once approval has been granted. Limit of 4 appliances per vendor.

The venue reserves the right to refuse the use of any appliance or equipment if it determines that it poses a safety risk or could trigger the sprinkler system. Approval is also subject to the availability of electrical outlets. All decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
