Pull Up A Chair |  Cohort 01

Applications are now open for Cohort 01. Two sessions. Eight seats. One month. 1. No slide decks. 2. No pitching. 3. Phones stay away. 4. Confidential by default. What is said in the room stays in the room. 5. Hosted lunch after every session.
A founder tells the unglamorous version of their story. The table asks whatever it wants. Before the first session ends, each participant says aloud the one thing they will do before the next session. And the next session opens by asking whether they did it.

What this is not

Not a workshop. Not a certificate program. Not a networking mixer. Not a demo day. It's a working table, where you bring real ideas, real challenges, and unfinished thoughts to work through together.

Who should apply

You're between 18 and 28 (though we'll always make room for the right person). You are a recent graduate or a few years into your career. You have an idea scribbled somewhere, a business you’re trying to get off the ground, or something you’ve already started that isn’t quite working. This is deliberately not for experienced founders looking for a peer network. The value is concentrated at the very beginning.

What we ask

Two sessions. One month. There is no fee, no equity, and no catch. Eight seats, filled on the strength of the application alone.

What are you doing right now?

LinkedIn, Instagram, portfolio, or website

What are you trying to build or explore right now?

It’s completely fine if this is still an idea, or if it’s three ideas and you can’t pick.

Tell us about something you started on your own. What happened?

If a founder told you honestly that your idea has a serious flaw, how would you respond?

Why do you want to attend 'Pull Up A chair' specifically?

We'd rather know what you want out of the room than hear that our program sounds great.

What is the one thing you are stuck on right now?

This is the question we will most likely open your first session with.

Can you commit to attending two sessions?

A
B

That’s everything. We review applications in batches and will get back to you, whether or not there's a seat in this cohort. If we don’t have room in this cohort, we’ll ask before keeping you on the list for the next one.
