Role Overview

This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital health, women's health, health inequity, or storytelling who wants hands-on experience at a growing health tech startup. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Team to plan and publish content, engage with our community, create written content, and support day-to-day marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Create engaging short-form video, image, and written content for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn that aligns with Peachy Day’s mission and brand voice.

- Develop and execute social media strategies that drive audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness.

- Stay on top of social trends, emerging conversations, and content opportunities across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

- Engage with the Peachy Day community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions and fostering meaningful conversations.

- Track and analyze social media performance, including engagement, follower growth, reach, and video views, and use insights to improve content.

- Support broader marketing and communications initiatives as needed, including email, blog, website, campaigns, product launches, and other content projects.

Qualifications

- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or displays tangible marketing experience

- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video trends.

- Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or similar).

- Excellent written communication skills and ability to engage with an online community.

- Ability to take ownership of projects and stay scrappy in the face of challenges.

Extra Peachy Points

Knowledge of migraine awareness, chronic illness communities, or health advocacy.

Familiarity with social media publishing or analytics tools
