'The new program launch is Nov 20. The sewing kits for the first month of sew-alongs will need to ship in December to arrive by January. All of my digital sewing pattern files and onboarding needs to be loaded onto Teachery. Landing and payment pages need set up. Wix (website) and MailerLite (email) need to talk to Teachery (course platform) and have automations set up. The community attached to the program launches Dec 15.'
What does the first week of sorting out this project look like for you? What questions would you ask me before starting, and what would you decide yourself?

Part of this role is drafting and sending outreach (to potential influencer collaborators, fabric and sewing pattern retailers, etc). Have you done outreach work before? If yes, briefly describe what you sent and how you tracked responses. If no, how would you approach learning it?
