Please note that filling this interest form does NOT guarantee a booth. Only wedding-related vendors will be selected due to limited space. Once an interest form is received, we will send you a link to your email with contract and payment information within 48 hours; otherwise, we'll let you know if you've been waitlisted. Your contract will have all pertinent information; PLEASE ensure your email is written correctly, as we will use this to contact you! Once you've received your contract and link to pay, the deadline to complete those will be August 7th, 2026 OR until all booth spots have been filled, whichever comes first. When you receive your link to sign & pay, complete it quickly to reserve your spot! Once we're at capacity, that form to sign & pay will be disabled.
Booths are $350 and will be 10x10 feet. Event is scheduled for Sunday, September 20th, 2026 from 11am-3pm at the University of Providence Conference Center (2nd floor of the UC Building on 20th Street South). Vendors will have opportunity to set up the day before (9/19/26) and an hour prior to the event start. If you have any questions, please call Silhouette Bridal Studio at 406-564-6287.
