Store Clerk

We are hiring a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Store Clerk to support daily store operations across our locations in Sagamu, Ilorin, Lagos, and Asaba. The ideal candidate must have a Social Science background and hands-on experience in inventory or store management

đź§ľ Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies

Properly tag, arrange, and store items in designated areas

Maintain accurate stock records using manual and digital systems

Track inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages

Support periodic stock counts and audits

Issue materials based on authorized requisitions

Keep the store environment organized and compliant with safety standards

Prepare documentation including stock reports, GRNs, and dispatch notes.

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (e.g., Sociology, Economics, Business Admin)
2–3 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory software
Good communication and organizational skills
High integrity, reliability, and ability to work with minimal supervision

Knowledge of inventory control processes
Basic understanding of supply chain or procurement workflows
Strong record-keeping and problem-solving abilities
