The lodging and food costs are usually around 4-5K INR per person per day during our trips.
Plus you'll have to arrange your own travel.
But rest assured, we're all paying for ourselves, you don't have to pay any extra costs or fees to attend the event.
Its absolutely free, but seats are limited.
