We’re looking for a Compliance Staff to ensure our business operations align strictly with regulatory standards. You will manage drafting and reviewing legal documents, and oversee regulatory reporting to bodies like Bappebti and PPATK. Additionally, you will handle the administration of WPB licensing and support the resolution of client complaints. This role requires active collaboration with the Compliance Director to maintain robust internal controls and data confidentiality. Ideal for Law graduates with strong English skills who are resilient, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the Futures Trading industry.

Responsibilities

1. Draft, review, and maintain strict oversight of all corporate legal documents and agreements to guarantee regulatory compliance. 2. Provide solution-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders regarding business operations, contract interpretation, and enforcement.

3. Enforce internal SOPs to build a robust culture of compliance.

4. Provide solution-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders regarding business operations, contract interpretation, and enforcement. 5. Act as the primary liaison with government authorities (Bappebti, PPATK) and institutions (Futures Exchanges/Clearing Houses). This includes handling all authority audits, managing licensing, and overseeing the AML/Data Protection programs.

Skills & Experience

1. Min. D3/S1 in Law, Business Administration, or related fields.2. Strong, meticulous data entry and data processing skills. 3. 2+ years in Banking, Investment, Forex/Futures, Crypto, or Fintech (Compliance/Legal focus). 3. Proven capability in managing regulatory reporting and government relations. 4. Professional fluency in English (Verbal & Written). 5. Detail-oriented, accurate, and resilient under high pressure.
