Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the K-Family Spring Pop-Up at Marketplace at Factoria in Bellevue.
As a volunteer, you will be part of creating a unique “Seoul in Seattle” experience while supporting event operations and engaging with visitors.

Volunteer Benefits
Volunteers who complete in a single day will receive:
1. Snack and drinks will be provided.
2. $20 coupon (usable at participating vendors during the event)

Volunteer Responsibilities
1. Guest Capacity Management
- Welcome and greet visitors - Manage waiting lines and flow of entry - Maintain the visitor limit (35 guests at a time)
2. Fashion Zone Assistance
- Help prevent loss or theft
- Keep clothing and displays neat and organized
- Guide customers to checkout when ready
3. Fitting Room Management
- Distribute makeup protector masks
- Collect hangers and organize returned items
- Check garments for damage or makeup stains
- Keep fitting rooms clean and organized
4. Beauty Zone Assistance
- Help prevent loss or theft
- Keep products clean, organized, and well displayed
- Maintain tester hygiene and cleanliness
- Guide customers on how to participate in the event
- Verify Instagram or TikTok story/post uploads
- Confirm follow of @seattle.bazart
- Manage giveaway participation and prevent duplicates
- Distribute giveaway items
- Track and manage giveaway inventory
6. Checkout Counter - Product Packaging
- Pack purchased items and hand them to customers
- Provide a friendly closing interaction with customers
