Virtual Realms Assumption of Risks, Release of Liability, and Waiver of Claims
1. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risks: I, the undersigned, accept full responsibility for any injuries or damage that may occur during my participation. I understand that participating in Virtual Reality (VR) activities with Virtual Realms LLC involves inherent risks, including but not limited to motion sickness, dizziness, disorientation, falls, collisions, and potential injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with VR use, including those arising from my own actions, the actions of others, and unforeseen equipment malfunctions.
2. Waiver of Claims: I waive my right to bring any legal claims against Virtual Realms LLC for personal injury, property damage, or other losses sustained as a result of my participation, except in cases of gross negligence and release, discharge, and hold harmless Virtual Realms LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims.
3. Equipment Responsibility: I agree to use all VR equipment properly and take full financial responsibility for any damage I cause. If I damage or break any equipment, I agree to pay for necessary repairs or replacement within 90 days.
4. Health & Medical Considerations: I confirm that I am in good health and do not have any medical conditions that could be aggravated by VR use, such as epilepsy, heart condition, or severe motion sickness.
5. No Partial Refunds: All sessions are purchased for a set duration and begin once gameplay starts. You’re welcome to take one short break (up to 10 minutes per hour of VR time) during your session. However, no partial refunds, credits, or time carryovers are provided for unused time.
If a verified technical issue occurs that prevents normal gameplay (as determined by staff), we’ll extend, reschedule, or credit the affected time at our discretion.

Some VR games are rated for older audiences and may include realistic or stylized violence, blood or gore, nudity, strong or inappropriate language, frightening themes, sexual innuendo, mature humor, or other content not intended for younger players. By selecting a minimum acceptable game age rating for your child, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of this content and are granting permission for your child to participate in games rated at or below the level you choose. By signing and submitting this waiver, you confirm that the selected age rating is acceptable and assume responsibility for this choice.
