3 Month Training Agreement
Monthly Training Commitment
The client agrees to a minimum training commitment of three (3) months. This commitment applies to both monthly billing and paid-in-full options.
Personalized training program design
In-person training sessions based on selected package
Ongoing program adjustments
Structured nutrition guidance
Weekly Accountability check-ins
Messaging access for coaching support
Monthly plans are automatically billed each month and require a minimum of three consecutive payments.
Paid-In-Full (PIF) plans are billed as one-time payment for the full 3-month term.
All payments are non-refundable, including unused sessions or early termination.
Monthly plans may be canceled after the initial 3-month commitment with 30 days' written notice.
Paid-in-full plans are non-cancelable and non-refundable once payment is processed.
Training locations are determined by and based on availability and operational needs.
Some facilities may require a separate gym membership paid directly to the facility and are not included in coaching fees.
Attend scheduled sessions on time
Communicate scheduling needs in advance
Follow coaching guidance to the best of their ability
Disclose injuries or medical limitations
Results are not guaranteed. Progress depends on consistency, effort, recovery, and adherence to the coaching plan.
Agreement and Acknowledgment
By enrolling in coaching, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
